Tyler Isgrig, the Greens' new offensive weapon
21-year-old attacking midfielder Tyler Isgrig joins AS Saint-Étienne from Baylor University for his first experience in France!
After Moira Kelley and Kaylan Bradford-Williams, the third winter signing is Tyler Isgrig! The 21-year-old, who can play as an attacking midfielder or up front, joins AS Saint-Étienne from Baylor University in Texas.
Born in the same state in 2004, Tyler began playing soccer in Dallas before joining Texas Christian University, then Baylor University, where she received several awards for her 2025 season, including the Big XII Conference Midfielder of the Year award. She was also named an All-American, an award given to the best players of the year. During this period, she distinguished herself by scoring 10 goals and delivering 8 assists.
For her first experience abroad, the 21-year-old talent chose France, the Arkema Première Ligue, and AS Saint-Étienne, with whom she has signed until June 2027, wearing the number 2 jersey.Tyler Isgrig : ""I am delighted to join AS Saint-Étienne and play in Europe and France for the first time! Tyler Isgrig's Vert l'Avenir Commitment
As part of its "Vert l'Avenir" CSR initiative, AS Saint-Étienne is offering all of its employees, including its players, the opportunity to get involved in one of the four areas of focus of its ASSE Cœur-Vert association: Environment, Citizenship, Sport for All, and Health.This season, Tyler Isgrig will be participating in health-related activities.
