Saint-Étienne players compete with Michel Troisgros for the Cœur-Vert soup!
In early December, Gautier Larsonneur, Florian Tardieu, Amandine Pierre-Louis, and Alexandria Lamontagne gathered at the Renouveau hotel school. Their goal? To prepare the best soup under the watchful eye of 2018 Chef of the Year Michel Troisgros, from the Loire region, and to support the students at Renouveau.
The winning soup was then reproduced in large quantities to serve nearly 100 people in need, accompanied by the Saint-Étienne-based association Renaître, during a Christmas charity event organized by ASSE Cœur-Vert.
A huge thank you to Michel Troisgros for his time, to the Renouveau hotel school for its hospitality and participation, to DK Consulting for its help in bringing the project to fruition, and to Chocolaterie Le Nelson for its donation during the Christmas party.
