What is your overall analysis of the match?

Today, we conceded a goal due to an error that we don’t make usually. We should have had a stronger presence in front of the net and should have been calmer in order to prepare ourselves to better respond to this situation. The players are confident, they feel that they can turn around bad situations thanks to this dynamic. They think that we can remain undefeated until the end of the season, we’ll do everything we can in order to do so.

After this match, ASSE rose to 6th place in the rankings. What does that make you think about?

There’s still four matches to be played and 12 points to be taken and it’s neck and neck. The upcoming matches will be fairly difficult with our trip to Montpellier that will be difficult and special for me, another trip to Monaco and the reception of Bordeaux that will take place between the two trips. Today, we advanced a little, that’s good because I remind myself constantly of where we were in January 1st. Since then, we’ve overtaken ten teams. I can only congratulate my players.

I thought that it was a good match for him to really take off. He played the wrong half time but I still believe in him. Nobody knows what the future holds, he may be the one that will let us win the next match. This evening, he’s simply happy that we won. That most important thing for him is that the team wins.

Are you appreciative of Robert Beric performance?

I’m happy, it’s great for him. When he arrived in January, he also left the bench to score but since the end of the international break he’s been a bit tired. He had to regain confidence.
