Irvin Cardona goes green again!

A year after moving to the Forez, Irvin Cardona is back in the green. The 27-year-old striker, one of the key players in Saint-Etienne's comeback in 2024, has joined the club on loan with an option to buy.

The Nîmes-born striker, who has already scored 10 goals in 22 matches for Les Verts, will now be defending his colors in the French top flight. A league he already knows well, having played 102 matches, most of them with Stade Brestois.

The scorer of 18 Ligue 1 McDonald's goals in his career, Irvin Cardona returns to ASSE with a new ambition: to stay in the top flight, and a new number: 7, voluntarily left by Thomas Monconduit, who will now wear 2.
