Héloïse Mansuy joins Les Vertes' defense
28-year-old defender Héloïse Mansuy joins ASSE from Le Havre, completing Sébastien Joseph's squad.

With 28 years old, Héloïse Mansuy arrives in Forez with a wealth of knowledge and experience that will prove invaluable to Les Vertes during this season's Arkema Première Ligue. Born in Metz, she began her career in Moselle, playing for Renaissance Sportive de Magny. She progressed within a men's team until the age of 15, before joining the women's section of AS Nancy-Lorraine, with whom she managed to reach the second division at the age of 16. Alongside her club career, the young footballer joined the prestigious INF Clairefontaine, where she continued improving her skills for three years.
Héloïse Mansuy quickly became one of the faces of the 1997 generation that shone in the colors of the French national team. Crowned U19 European Champion in 2016, she was also a finalist in the U20 World Cup the same year alongside Delphine Cascarino and Marie-Antoinette Katoto. In total, from U16 to U23, the defender has 34 caps for the French national team. A familiar face to followers of the Arkema Première Ligue, who saw her make her debut in the top flight with Metz in 2014-2015, Héloïse Mansuy went on to play for LOSC and En-Avant Guingamp before joining Le Havre in 2023. She has already played 169 first division matches.
Central defender Héloïse Mansuy, who can also play at right back, is joining Saint-Étienne's defense. She will wear the number 17 jersey in Sébastien Joseph's squad. Welcome!
Héloïse Mansuy: “I am very happy to join this legendary club, AS Saint-Étienne. It is a great source of pride for me to be able to wear these historic colors. I can't wait to start this new adventure and give my all to help the club achieve its goals.”
Sébastien Joseph, coach of Les Vertes: “Héloïse is a very experienced player. She knows the league very well. She has a lot of experience and will bring maturity to the squad. She has a very positive attitude, which will benefit to the whole team. She will allow us to be a anchor for the team in the more difficult moments of a match.”
Héloïse Mansuy's “Vert l'Avenir” commitment
As part of its “Vert l'Avenir” CSR initiative, AS Saint-Étienne is offering all of its employees, including its players, the opportunity to commit to one of the four areas of focus of its ASSE Cœur-Vert association: Environment, Citizenship, Sport for All, and Health.
This season, Héloïse Mansuy will be participating in initiatives related to Sport for All.
