Five important contract extensions for Les Vertes
As it enters its third consecutive season in the Arkema Première Ligue, AS Saint-Étienne is pleased to announce the contract extensions of Emma Templier, Chloé Tapia, Faustine Bataillard, Alexandria Lamontagne, and Nadjma Ali Nadjim. These five players are part of the Saint-Étienne project implemented by Sébastien Joseph.
Emma Templier, ambitious substitute
Arriving from OGC Nice in the summer of 2024, Emma Templier joined the squad as a substitute goalkeeper. With only 22 years old, she has made a name for herself thanks to her dedication and professionalism, playing in all of the French Cup matches, including the semi-final against Paris Saint-Germain. The Gap native continues to progress within the Green team.

Chloé Tapia, proven defensive stalwart
Signed in the summer of 2022, Chloé Tapia has established herself as a key part of Saint-Étienne's defensive system. An undisputed starter during the club's promotion to the Arkema Première Ligue in 2022-2023, the left-back confirmed her importance at the highest levela the following season, playing in 21 of 22 possible matches. With only 23 years old, she already has solid experience and perfectly embodies Saint-Étienne's fighting spirit.

Faustine Bataillard, face of the Génération Verte
Faustine Bataillard embodies the Saint-Étienne academy. She is a versatile midfielder born in 2004 who joined the professional squad during the 2021-2022 season. Since then, she has played in nearly 50 matches in all competitions, including 18 appearances in the top division last season. A French international at U19 and U20 level, she continues to develop within her forming club.

Alexandria Lamontagne, experienced striker
Player of Saint-Étienne since 2023 and originally from Rodez, the Canadian has proven decisive on several occasions since then. After her first contract extension in 2024, Lamontagne extends her stay in Forez. At 28 years old, she also keeps her role of key player in Sébastien Joseph's squad.

Nadjma Ali Nadjin, experience at the service of the team
Nadjma Ali Nadjim is an experienced striker joined ASSE last summer after three seasons at Le Havre AC. Comorian international player, she brings all her experience to the team, both on the field and in the locker room. Although she has only made one appearance in the Arkema Première Ligue this season due to injury, her presence has remained invaluable in mentoring the younger players. At 30 years old, she will continue her adventure in the green jersey, bringing her discipline to the team.
With these five contract extensions, AS Saint-Étienne's professional team continues to build around a new project in order to consolidate its place among the elite of French football.
