AS Saint-Étienne recognized for its catering services
For the third consecutive season since the introduction of the catering label by the Professional Football League, AS Saint-Étienne has been awarded the Silver label for its catering services offered to the general public at the Geoffroy-Guichard stadium.
Invited by the Professional Football League to the ceremony for the awarding of the Catering labels that the organization created three years ago, 21 clubs from Ligue 1 McDonald's and Ligue 2 BKT were rewarded for their catering services according to three levels of excellence: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
As in the previous two seasons, AS Saint-Étienne stood out by obtaining the “Silver” label thanks to a very good score obtained from the average of the evaluation of specific and demanding criteria, a test of the refreshment stands by mystery shoppers, and a score obtained through the spectator survey launched by the League.
21 clubs out of the 36 competing in the two professional leagues were awarded the label. AS Saint-Étienne is delighted to confirm its Silver status. This is a wonderful and well-deserved distinction that rewards the work done by the club's teams and those of its “Food & Beverage” partner operating at the Geoffroy-Guichard stadium, WF Events. In recent months, this successful collaboration has led to an increase in the number of points of sale, a redesign of their graphics, improved customer service and flow for users, and a diversification of the product ranges on offer.
Keen to continuously improve the fan experience in the Chaudron, AS Saint-Étienne regularly surveys its supporters through post-match satisfaction surveys.
Franck Porte (Managing Partner of the WF Invest Group): "We are very proud of this wonderful recognition in the form of the Silver Label, which is the result of a collective effort and commitment over several seasons. It is also proof of the quality of our collaboration with ASSE and the joint strategy we have implemented. We remain fully committed to continuing this momentum and aiming even higher together."
Arnaud Jaouen, Deputy CEO of AS Saint-Étienne: “This new distinction rewards and confirms the work initiated several seasons ago by the club's teams and our partner WF Events. It also highlights the evolution of the offering at the Geoffroy-Guichard stadium, which always seeks to meet the expectations of our supporters. Finally, this label encourages us to continue the transformation initiated several months ago in order to further improve the conditions at the Chaudron.”
